Inventively cutting the classic picnic table in half, designerJair Straschnow creates his multifunctional Tablebench, with a top surface that doubles as a comfortable backrest when facing away—so it accommodates working, eating and relaxing. Ideal for smaller spaces such as a balcony or a city garden, it’s fashioned in quick-growing and thus quite sustainable bamboo, with an electro powder-coated steel frame for carefree outdoor use.
