Behind thick hand-carved doors, Zanat's tall bar cabinet hides an interior for storing tableware and other entertaining paraphernalia in splendid style. Kiam springs from the imagination of French designer Jean-Marie Massaud, in league with the legacy Bosnian brand cited by UNESCO for its world heritage woodcarving tradition. While the door-fronts appear to be thick layered stone, they are actually solid wood like the rest of the piece, with an appropriately weighty support coming from the interlocking square legs and horizontal beam.
