Moon endures as the first light created by the Danish master Verner Panton, whose modern lamps were unlike any by his Scandinavian contemporaries. The circa 1960 pendant exhibits the changeable nature of many of his designs, with individual metal slats that can fan out to fully enclose the bulb or leave small gaps through which the light can shine. Available in a choice of sizes and in either white or bold orange lacquered metal, the light leaves an ethereal impression much like its celestial namesake.
