Visu Counter Stool - Quick Ship

Mika Tolvanen says his Visu Bar Stool is a natural continuation of the Visu chair collection by Muuto. Comfort was the first order of the day for the noted Finnish designer, so Mika envisioned a correspondingly simple wooden stool supported by a unobtrusive steel footrest. The proportions combine a minimal but elegantly curved seat with longer straight stool legs, in oak with a natural oak veneer or ash with a lacquered veneer. In the end, though, Mika's inspired pragmatism finds its greatest value in daily life. As he puts it: "What really defines objects is how we use them, not what they appear to be".
