Milan designer Francesco Faccin's solid-ash armchair features a simple stretched leather or fabric seat, an elegantly reductive construction reflected in its name, which literally translates to skin and bones. Combining the best of traditional workmanship and modern production methods, Pelleossa is produced with a conventional turn and copy lathing technique, where the repetition of only 2 diameters optimizes the usable material. The seating's expressive detailing includes its finely turned arms and the way the backrest tilts out slightly for comfort at the top.
