W2 is the perfect-size smaller pendant from the iconic Workshop series first designed in 1951 by Axel Wedel Madsen. Originally conceived as a necessary light for workspaces and now relaunched by Copenhagen's Made By Hand, the minimalist aluminum shade has long been a fixture in homes, schools and offices. Hand-crafted by skilled workers, the aluminum shade is notable for its sturdiness without excessive heft. Pick a bright pop with one of the crisp accent colors or go "mod" with a matte or shiny version in black, white or grey. Or choose a metallic bent with silvery lacquered aluminum or a copper version with a reflective white interior.
