Copenhagen's Norm Architects’ collaboration with the legacy furniture-maker looks to time-honored techniques such as dovetail joints as well as understated flourishes like the trompe l'oeil sliding doors, seemingly 2 separate panels but actually constructed as a single piece with a center groove as the handle. With the cabinet offered in a range of ash or walnut finishes, the black steel base provides a minimalist complement.
