Legendary Dane Mogens Lassen looked to ancient sources of inspiration for his Egyptian Table, suggested by folding stands found in Tutankhamun's tomb. In turn, his design easily collapses for storage with the release of a small brass sliding latch beneath the tabletop—a functionality also borrowed from furniture archetypes like knockdown safari chairs. Crafted in solid oak or walnut with veneer in a range of varied finishes, the round table also comes in a choice of 2 sizes.
