Japanese designer Tomoya Tabuchi proves his Tee Table’s unique engineering extends to even a wondrous extra-large version. An ultra-thin tabletop panel of honeycomb aluminum provides all the necessary strength, resting on slim metal legs without any extraneous bracing. Surfaced in either laminate or a choice of wood veneers, the lightweight but sturdy table from Tokyo modernist maker By Interiors has been singled out with the Good Design Award, one of Japan’s top honors.
