Zipping through Europe in the '30s on his motorcycle, Danish architect Flemming Lassen conceived his aptly named Mingle Sofa, an amalgam of French elegance and Italian brio. The result is a timeless resting spot made for conversation, with armrests designed to encircle the sitters and encourage an air of intimacy amid its luxuriously upholstered contours.
