In the spirit of the minimalist Bauhaus ideal, Afteroom's designers struck a balance between form and function that facilitated this premium stool spinoff of the original chair lineup (also at A+R). Taiwanese-born duo Hung-Ming Chen and Chen-Yen Wei kept to the essentials—an attenuated powder-coated steel frame and a padded seat clad in a custom textile or leather or expedited stocked materials.
