The slimline proportions of Gino Sarfatti’s 1968 floor lamp sprang from the possibilities of the then-new halogen lightbulb. Model 1095 offers an indirect glow via the small reflective white cup with a subtle design atop the slender aluminum stem. Recently reissued by Astep, the lamp’s curved base hides electronics that replace the original transformer and now illumination comes from an LED light source.
