Description

Splaying slightly like the branches of a tree, the 2 legs of Woud's console add a sleekly intriguing namesake detail. Each pair of steel tubes rises first side-by-side before their path separates to support the gently rounded tabletop in Fenix nano laminate. Available in a choice of matte color combinations for the surface and metallic legs, designer Elisabeth Hertzfeld's piece also makes a fine desk, especially in the laminate shelf version, and comes in both a lower desk and higher counter height.

“We wanted a challenge,” say husband and wife Mia and Torben Koed, founders of Copenhagen-based Woud, and they got one.
