Description

In versions to seat either 2 or 4 for dining, Danish brand Mater gives a heritage slatted table an eco-minded edge. With Ocean, designer duo Nanna and Jørgen Ditzel’s original wood-slatted table has been refashioned in a material made of 960 grams of ocean plastic waste from used fishnets (primarily from Denmark’s west coast) and recycled hard plastic. The table comes in black or sand with a gunmetal-colored steel frame and suits both indoor and outdoor use. And Ocean’s innovative style merited a 2019 Wallpaper Design Award.
