A midcentury standout, Croissant is an elegantly playful take on the traditional Chesterfield club chair. Now revived by Gubi, the seating from Danish architect and designer Illum Wikkelsø freely alludes to the optimism and relaxed attitudes of the 1960s. The complex curves of its distinctive rounded backrest are created with meticulously hand-stitched piping while the horseshoe curve comfortably accommodates a variety of sitting and lounging positions.
